1. Clear the Work Areas

Remove outdoor furniture, décor, toys, and other items from service areas. This ensures safety and efficiency.
If heavy items need to be moved, let us know in advance — extra fees may apply.

2. Secure Windows & Doors

Ensure all windows and doors are fully closed and sealed to prevent water entry.

3. Protect Outdoor Electronics

Shut off and cover outdoor outlets, lights, or electronics near the cleaning area with plastic or tape.

4. Keep Pets & Kids Inside

To keep everyone safe, please keep pets and children inside or away from the service area during cleaning.

5. Provide Water Access

We require access to an outdoor water spigot. Please make sure it’s turned on and reachable.

6. Notify Us About Sensitive Areas

Let us know if there are fragile plants, oxidized siding, or problem areas you’re concerned about. We’ll take extra care where needed.
